FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS $50 OR MORE!!! Orders take around one week on average (Via USPS Media mail or First class) BUT allow longer for certain circumstances like 1) Us being out of stock of something and you wanna wait for it. We contact you if something is outta stock,if you don’t write back with a substitute or tell us to refund you we wait until the item comes back in stock. And 2) When I’m on tour. Usually someone is here to handle things but can get overwhelmed and might not get orders out in a timely fashion. Please be patient when you order from Recess as this is a tiny label with no full time employees. You being able to listen to these bands is the number 1 goal here. You can check out the Ebay feedback in case you are an untrusting sunuvabee and you can always email me to find out about a late package at Todd@recessrecords.com
Also, if a packaged is returned, by no fault of Recess (Example:Wrong address or refused etc), then you must pay the return fee (yes,not only does the postal (dis)service jack up their prices whenever we blink but they are also charging postage if a media mail item is returned now!) as well as the fee to return it. So please double check your address and tell yer roomates not to refuse yer packages.
If, for some nutty reason, we mess up and send you the wrong thing or your stuff comes messed up please get in touch and we'll right this wrong.
